Cancellation Policy

By booking services with Golden Haven Cleaning Services, the client agrees to the following terms: Services are provided based on the information given at the time of booking. If the condition of the property differs from what was described, or if the home requires more time, labor, or specialty cleaning (heavy dirt, clutter, stains, or biohazards), additional charges may apply. All pricing is based on standard conditions and may be adjusted before or during service if necessary. Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We appectcard, or approved digital payments. Failure to pay for services rendered may result in collection action. Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to enter the property, a lockout or cancellation fee may apply. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. Golden Haven Cleaning Services is insured; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that were not disclosed as fragile or valuable prior to service. Clients should secure or inform us about sensitive belongings before cleaning begins. Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours after service completion. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We strive for customer satisfaction. If there is an issue, clients must contact us within 24 hours so we can review and, if appropriate, correct the service. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary beyond reasonable scope, or if staff is treated disrespectfully. By using our services, the client agrees to these terms and acknowledges that this policy protects both the client and Golden Haven Cleaning Services.
